I'm not sure what my favorite thing about these peppermint hot chocolate cupcakes is, but it could be the mini marshmallows! a) I love hot chocolate, though I haven't had the kind from a mix with mini marshmallows in a long time (might have to change that!) and b) I love the combination of chocolate and peppermint.
