I love the look of these Oreo peanut butter cheesecake cupcakes by Handle the Heat, who has the recipe! I'm sometimes a fan of cheesecake, but it takes a little bit to win me over, but I'm a huge fan of Oreos and peanut butter so this looks like my kind of cheesecake cupcake.
